Refund policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale or clearance items may only be eligible for exchange or store credit — specify if applicable.

  • Customised items (if any) are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at: support@shaynahh.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A clear photo of the item (especially if damaged or defective)
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds / Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate the requested replacement in your return request email. If the replacement item has a higher cost, you may be asked to pay the difference.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
